These Terms form a binding agreement between you and StarShip Seeds Inc. (“StarShip Seeds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern all purchases made through our site. These Terms may be amended at any time without notice; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

  1. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older, or of legal age in your jurisdiction, to purchase from StarShip Seeds. By completing a transaction, you affirm that you meet this requirement.

  1. Legal Compliance and Product Use

All cannabis seeds sold by StarShip Seeds are intended solely for educational, genetic preservation, novelty, or souvenir purposes. Germination or cultivation of cannabis seeds may be illegal or restricted in certain jurisdictions.

The Purchaser bears full responsibility for ensuring that their purchase and intended use of our products are compliant with all local, state, national, or international laws. StarShip Seeds does not condone or encourage illegal activity and disclaims all liability for unlawful use of its products.

  1. International Shipping & Delivery Guarantee

StarShip Seeds ships worldwide and is proud to offer a Guaranteed Delivery Policy. Should your order be lost in transit, improperly delivered, or seized by customs, we will reship your order one time at no additional cost, provided that your delivery address was correctly entered and local laws permit the shipment of cannabis seeds.

We are not responsible for delays or interference caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers, or regulatory enforcement; however, we will act in good faith to resolve such issues on your behalf wherever possible.

  1. Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of cannabis seeds, StarShip Seeds does not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges. By placing an order, you acknowledge that all transactions are binding and non-reversible. Exceptions may be made solely at the discretion of StarShip Seeds in the rare event of a verifiable shipping error.

All products offered by StarShip Seeds are sold “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind—express or implied. We expressly disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. No oral advice, written information, or representation shall create any warranty unless specifically stated in writing.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StarShip Seeds, including its owners, affiliates, employees, and agents, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the purchase, use, or misuse of any product sold on this site.

In all circumstances, the total liability of StarShip Seeds shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the Purchaser for the product in question.

  1. Indemnification

The Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless StarShip Seeds, its affiliates, owners, officers, and employees from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses—including legal fees—arising out of (i) the Purchaser’s breach of these Terms, (ii) the Purchaser’s use or misuse of any product, or (iii) any violation of applicable laws or regulations.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, and the federal laws of Canada as applicable. The Purchaser agrees that any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between the Purchaser and StarShip Seeds and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
