International Shipments

StarShip Seeds proudly offers worldwide shipping. Orders shipping outside of Canada, the United States, and U.S. territories are classified as International Shipments and are subject to the following conditions:

  • A minimum purchase of 20 seeds or a subtotal of $200 USD is required for all international orders.

  • Guaranteed Delivery applies to all shipments; however, StarShip Seeds does not guarantee germination rates for international orders.

  • International transit times may vary; while all packages include USPS tracking numbers, estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

  • CAD pricing is available for Canadian customers once the country is selected at checkout.

  • Orders exceeding $420 USD/CAD are subject to:

    • Identity confirmation at purchase

    • Signature required upon delivery

Coupon Policy:

  • Coupons and promotional discounts are non-combinable with ongoing sales.

  • Credits or coupons issued from previous orders must be redeemed via cash payment only. Customers must call in to apply credits or coupons to a new order.

Declined Payments:

  • Declined transactions are automatically reattempted twice daily for up to two weeks unless the customer confirms a different payment method or requests cancellation.


Shipping and Delivery Information

  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

  • StarShip Seeds is not responsible for loss or damage during transit, but we guarantee reshipment if delivery fails according to our policy.

  • Shipping Rates:

    • Orders under $200 subtotal: $20 flat-rate shipping applies.

  • Shipping:

    • All orders are hand packaged discreetly with care

    • We guarantee that your order will arrive within 30 days of order placement.

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days from the issuance of a tracking number, depending on the postal carrier.

  • Tracking Links:

Claims Policy:

  • For packages lost in transit or damaged, a Postal Service Claim Number is required to process a reshipment.

  • For packages marked Delivered, but not received, a Postal Service Claim Number and signature upgrade for reshipment are mandatory.


Germination Guarantee

StarShip Seeds stands behind the quality of our seeds with a strict germination policy:

  • We guarantee an 80% germination rate when customers follow our official germination guide, included with every order.

  • To qualify for germination guarantee:

    • Use bottled spring water (tap, RO, distilled, and well water are not accepted).

    • No fertilizers or nutrients during germination.

    • Place germinated seeds into plain potting soil without additives.

    • Do not cover seeds or use heating mats during the germination process.

Important Notes:

  • We honor one-time product replacement per order for qualifying claims.

  • Seeds are eligible for germination claims up to two years after purchase, provided they are stored correctly and the germination method is properly followed.

  • StarShip Seeds cannot be held responsible for environmental factors, user error post-sprouting, or deviations from the provided germination guide.
