🌍 International Shipping Policy

Orders shipped outside Canada, the United States, or U.S. territories are classified as international shipments and are subject to the following conditions:

  • Minimum Order: 20 seeds or a $200 USD subtotal

  • Guaranteed Delivery: We guarantee that your package will arrive. In case of non-delivery, we will reship once at no additional cost, provided shipping information is accurate and local laws permit.

  • No Germination Guarantee: Germination is not guaranteed for international orders.

  • Shipping Carrier: All packages are shipped via USPS with tracking

  • All sales are final — no refunds or exchanges.

  • Prices are displayed in USD by default; CAD pricing is automatically applied at checkout for Canadian customers.

  • Coupons and promotional discounts are non-combinable.

  • Seed credits or coupon redemptions must be placed via cash payment only and must be coordinated through a phone call with our support team.

Declined Payments:

  • Declined transactions will be automatically reattempted twice per day for up to 14 days unless a new payment method is confirmed or the order is canceled.

Shipping:

  • All orders are hand packaged discreetly with care

  • We guarantee that your order will arrive within 30 days of order placement.

Shipping Fees:

StarShip Seeds offers an 80% germination guarantee for orders within Canada and the United States—provided our official germination guide is followed exactly.

✅ Germination Guarantee Requirements:

  • Use bottled spring water only (no tap, RO, distilled, or well water).

  • Germinate seeds in plain potting soil (without nutrients or fertilizers).

  • Do not cover seeds or use heat mats during the germination process.

  • Follow the full germination guide provided with your order.

❌ Germination claims will not be honored if:

  • Alternative water sources are used

  • Seeds are germinated in sealed bags or with external heat sources

  • Unapproved germination methods are used

📦 Replacements:

  • One-time product replacement per order.

  • Guarantee valid for up to two years after purchase if seeds are properly stored and the correct germination method is followed.
